David started Owen Farm Services in 2013, with an aim to provide professional practical advice to our clients. It has always been important to us that we help clients maximise their rural business. We have ongoing clients which include dairy, beef and sheep, and mixed farms.
Since 2013 the team has grown to include a range of consultants with specialities including technical dairy consultancy, compliance, environmental and business consultancy. With a larger team we now service clients across Scotland and England as well as providing market advice to a range of industry clients.
Our advice remains practical at all times, and we use technology wherever possible to make our work more efficient to get better returns to our clients.

We offer a range of services to help support the business operations of your farm. We are experts in grant funding and offer advice and application support for our clients including SACGS and AECS. This ensures we help our clients identify grant opportunities that meet the needs of their business

Technical Consultancy
From helping to improve your farms technical performance to analysis of your lands potential using soil scanning technology our team of consultants are always on hand.
Using the Omnia system or PLANET, we can provide you with full field and cropping recommendations. Combining this information with soil sampling and (if applicable) NVZ compliance allows you to have all the information in one place.
We offer technical advice and have specialist consultants in all areas of agriculture including our bespoke Dairy Consultancy services.
Farm Support and Compliance
We understand the time constraints administrative tasks place on the operations of your farm. We offer admin support from preparing data for your IACS submission and livestock records to carrying out compliance audits and benchmarking.
